The 2006 Season
Having spent two years driving a midfield car competitively, Claire
now sees herself moving into a modern model capable of racing
in the top 10 of the VW Cup which is becoming more competitive
each year. Having learnt the fundamentals of race craft driving
amongst more powerful cars she is ready to push up the grid in
a car that will attract attention and be a great asset to a sponsor.
Popular to both men and women, The New Beetle is
a funky current model with a heritage and provides plenty of space
for branding. Joining forces with The Racing Bug Motorsport, also
based in Buckinghamshire, Claire believes that the two-Beetle
team will attract the eye of the public as well as the commentators
and would be a major benefit to the marketing strategy of corporate
sponsors. With both cars carrying the Union Jack decal across
the bonnet there is no chance of going unnoticed!
The Driver
Claire’s positive attitude, dedication, communication skills
and immaculate presentation make her outstandingly attractive
to potential sponsors. Her ability to converse with guests on
race days with a friendly personality and charm would make her
an asset to your company.
Being awarded the VW Racing Cup Spirit of the Championship
in 2004 confirmed her favourable attitude both on the track and
off. With competitive but fair racing, Claire has gained respect
from other drivers and remains hell-bent on furthering her career
in competitive motorsport.
Claire is a qualified ARDS Instructor, currently
working at both Silverstone and Rockingham circuits. She is able
to both entertain and tutor guests on track days ensuring that
while enjoying a thrilling day out they can also learn beneficial
techniques in car control.
